During consultation, we see numerous drill evaluations. In fact, many resemble the EC management plan evaluations some organizations prepare. Essentially they state that everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately, they haven’t performed as an effective emergency management evaluation tool.

But, COVID-19 thrust these plans into action. With innovative thinking and long, hard hours on the job, they reconfigured, changed and elevated, and expanded services to meet on-going demands.There are many important lessons these experiences can teach us.
