Robert “Bob” Booth, MPH, CIH, has over 30 years healthcare compliance experience in infection control, industrial hygiene, and public health. His areas of experience include AHCA (State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration), CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and TJC (The Joint Commission) compliance, medical risk management, surgical safety, infection control, and employee health. He holds graduate degrees in Public Health and Infection Disease Prevention.
Mr. Booth is an expert for regulatory compliance, environment of care issues, clinical compliance, and healthcare acquired infections. He worked as Federal Compliance Officer for (OSHA) the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and has advised over 1000 private, governmental, and military healthcare organizations with compliance and regulatory consulting services. These organizations include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army (Northern Command and South Korea), U.S. Veterans Administration, and the government of (UAE) United Arab Emirates. Mr. Booth holds a faculty position at the University of South Florida, College of Public Health and Medicine, Residence Program.
