Ms. Lauren Donaldson joined Patton Healthcare Consulting in 2016 as the Marketing and Operations Manager and was promoted to Director in 2019. Following the acquisition of Patton by HBS in 2022, she expanded her responsibilities to include oversight of both Patton Healthcare Consulting and Barrins & Associates, supporting the formation of one of the nation’s premier Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance (ARC) consulting teams.
As Operations Director, Ms. Donaldson manages a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing final reports, maintaining and updating websites, and managing databases and organizational files. She is the creative force behind the Patton Post Newsletter and Barrins Bulletin, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with clients and stakeholders.
Ms. Donaldson brings over a decade of administrative, clinical, and managerial experience across various healthcare disciplines, including obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, osteopathy, chiropractic, and physical and massage therapy.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies as well as Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University in 2010 and a Healthcare Management certificate from Loyola University Chicago in 2011. She is also a former certified Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois, adding a unique dimension to her diverse healthcare background.
