Ms. Brooke Jones was welcomed to the Patton Healthcare Consulting team in 2022 as the Project Coordinator and promoted to Marketing and Business Development Associate in 2025.
Her main role consists of drafting and editing client contracts, managing expense reports, and scheduling client surveys. She ensures consistency and comprehensiveness across databases, while providing excellent client service.
Additionally, Ms. Jones works closely with our administrative and marketing team to increase sales by further developing Patton’s social media presence and outreach. She organizes current contacts, new leads, and oversees Patton’s social media, such as LinkedIn for the Patton Post Newsletter and Patton Blog posts.
Prior to Patton Healthcare Consulting, Ms. Jones worked in the customer service industry for eight (8) years. During her costumer service tenure, she was responsible for providing product information, resolving costumers’ concerns, overseeing money exchanges, and training new employees.
Ms. Jones received her bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University Bloomington in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking with her dog Junie, and watching TV. She currently lives in Nashville, TN.
