There are a few well documented USP 797 PPE requirements. For example, not reusing disposable PPE, decontaminating and cleaning reusable PPE after use and using gowns, head, hair, shoe covers, and two pairs of chemotherapy gloves when compounding sterile and nonsterile HDs. In addition, there are other USP 797 PPE requirements that are less publicized but equally important.
